Happy 1 Year Birthdays to Abigail & Cameron!

One short year ago, I got a speeding ticket on the way to the hospital, trying to get there in time to photograph Abigail before she was discharged. She was a couple days older than Cameron...but some of you might remember seeing the pictures...their recovery rooms were right next door to each other. How convenient,right?!

I love this shot...it looks like she's saying "Ooooh, no he will NOT touch my horsie!"

...and then this one's like..."HE TOUCHED MY HORSIE!!!!"

If anyone has this book, you already know it is one of the coolest kid books known to mankind! I have all the words memorized.

Ryan at 9 Months!

After a couple reschedules, we finally picked a great day to have our second session. Ryan was bright eyed and more adorable than ever. Mom picked some AWESOME clothing choices...I was a happy photographer today. :)

I couldn't help putting this one up. He has the common teenager look when parents are talking. haha

Hair Portfolio

As many of you know, my sister, Amanda, is AMAZINGLY talented with hair & style. She recently had the opportunity to show off her talent off during a Sagii International photoshoot. I am anxious to see the pictures of the model she worked on ("Goddess of Saturn"). Sagii International, if you don't already know about it, is an upcoming shining star in the high-fashion world. I believe they are based out on the West Coast, but they are doing a tour with their fashion show. In fact, Amanda will be one of the stylists working on the models this Friday night (the 16th), at Harrah's Voodoo lounge at 8pm. I think it would definitely be something new and exciting for any of you fellow Kansas-Citians to check out.
Oh, but anyway...Amanda was nervous when they first inquired about her services, so we had ourselves a girls-night with hair, make-up, and our own little photoshoot to help give her a beginning portfolio. Pretty HOT, if you ask me!

22 REASONS TO SMILE!

Yes...Yes...I've neglected my blog lately...but only because I've been buried under wrapping paper, scissors, tape, print orders, boxes, Christmas decorations, ...I've been a busy bee trying to get everyone's orders put in before Christmas. But, time's been running out and I really needed to get this Grosdidier family their pictures done.

This is the coolest family...and when Karla (aka: family organizer) called and asked if I would get some nice family shots while her brother was in town, OF COURSE I was IN! However, can't exactly say I was prepared for walking into a room filled with 22 people ready to be in front of the camera. HAHA! I can officially say, that is one of the largest family group shots I've ever shot...at least, indoors anyway. BUT I DID IT!

This is two humorous shots of the chaos that comes along with 22 people confined in a room and having a camera shoved in their face.
